Controversial streamer Clavical is facing a serious lawsuit that includes allegations of abuse, fraud and emotional harm. The case was brought by influential figure Alexander Vasilivna Mendoza, who said he promised to help her career but instead harmed her. The lawsuit was filed in Florida and TMZ reported on it. Collarbone, whose real name is Brayden Peters, has denied all accusations through his attorney.Mendoza said she first saw a collarbone in 2025, when she was 16 years old. She claims he paid her $1,000 to make the video and told her she could be “Looks great,” It’s about improving appearance. She said she trusted him because she thought he would help her grow online. However, she now says things quickly turned bad and dangerous.
According to the lawsuit, Mendoza said Collarbone invited her to his parents’ home in Massachusetts. She claimed there was a lot of alcohol there and she was very drunk. She accused him of having sex with her without her consent and said it happened again the next morning without her consent.A few months later, she said they met again in Miami. Still hoping for career help, she agreed to meet with him for a live broadcast. On the way, she claimed Collarbone and his friends were taking drugs, but she refused. During the live broadcast, she said Collarbone injected a substance called Aqualyx into her face to reduce fat without her proper permission. She also claimed she believed he had medical training, but she now says that’s not true. She further claimed he suggested the injection might contain methamphetamine.Mendoza said she continued to see him because she believed he would still help her career. However, she now claims he later tried to damage her reputation, causing her to lose sponsorship. She sued for more than $50,000, claiming her name and image were used without permission.Collarbone’s attorney responded that these were just accusations and not proven facts. He said Collarbone vehemently denied everything and would fight the case in court.The case is still ongoing and no final decision has been made.
