“Please pray for the two downed F-15 pilots tonight. One of my sons is a fighter pilot and I still have not heard anything from him or his unit. My heart is filled with concern. Please pray for all the pilots and their families,” she wrote.
In response to her post, Iran warned that her sons were “in greater danger” under US President Donald Trump’s administration than in detention in Iran.

The Iranian Embassy in South Africa has strengthened communication and referred to Iran’s historical treatment of prisoners of war. “In Iran, the rights of prisoners of war were defined long before the establishment of so-called humanitarian law.
