Saudi Arabian Senior Residency for Exceptional Talent: Salary Requirements and Qualifications Explained for Foreign Professionals
Saudi Senior Residency requires a salary of 80,000 Saudi Riyals for executive leaders under the Outstanding Talent Track/Representative Profile

With more than 1,028 government and quasi-government entities and 3,484 private institutions approved to nominate foreign professionals under Saudi Arabia’s Advanced Residency Program for Exceptional Talent, attention is turning to eligibility criteria, particularly salary requirements. While this expansion expands access opportunities across institutions, the residency itself remains strictly designed around defined income thresholds.

Three income brackets define eligibility

The Talent Excellence product operates on three main tracks, each with its own salary floor.Researchers must earn at least SR 14,000 per month, hold a work contract in a preferred specialty, have at least three years of experience, and submit three professional research papers.Scientific and healthcare professionals face higher benchmarks. They must have a monthly income of not less than SR35,000, have at least three years of experience in priority areas, and pass an approved points-based assessment system. At the high end, executive leadership roles are limited to first- and second-level positions within government or quasi-government entities. These positions require a minimum monthly salary of 80,000 SR. Applicants must also provide formal letters of recommendation from their employers.

Programs focused on high-level expertise

The Outstanding Talent Residency program aims to attract highly qualified professionals in scientific, administrative and research fields whose expertise enhances local capabilities and facilitates knowledge transfer. The Center for Senior Living said the program supports innovation and institutional growth in public sector entities while ensuring career and family stability for eligible residents. The right of residence is valid for five years and can be renewed. Holders can apply for permanent residency after residing in the Kingdom for at least 30 months within five consecutive or non-consecutive years, as long as they continue to meet the eligibility criteria.

Benefits reach families

Successful applicants will receive several advantages. These include exemption from fees for expatriates and dependents, self-funded exit and re-entry without a visa, dedicated lanes for Saudi and GCC citizens at ports of entry, freedom to change employers, property ownership and the ability to conduct business activities under investment laws.Family members include parents and children under 25 years of age. Family members may also work in the private sector. The fee for the Outstanding Talent Residency product is SR 4,000.

Selectivity rather than breadth

Despite a significant increase in the number of approved entities, salary thresholds and eligibility criteria indicate that the program remains selective. This framework is tailored for experienced professionals and senior leaders rather than junior employees. As Saudi Arabia continues to position itself as a destination for global expertise, the Talent Residency Program highlights a clear approach: expanding institutional participation while maintaining high access standards.

'White collar' terror investigation: Doctors form 'makeshift Ansar' to carry out attacks

NEW DELHI: A “white-collar” terror outfit recently busted by the J&K police, in which several doctors were arrested, revealed that after becoming radicalized in 2016, they formed a new terror outfit called Ansar Advocate to carry out subversive activities in the Union Territory and other areas, officials said on Sunday. The case is currently under investigation National Bureau of Investigation (National Intelligence Service). The transnational terror network first came to light on October 19 after JEM posters appeared on walls in Bunpora and Nowgam, a suburb of Srinagar. Srinagar police registered a case and analyzed CCTV footage, leading to the arrest of three locals – Arif Nisar Dar alias Sahil, Yasir-ul-Ashraf and Maqsood Ahmad Dar alias Shaheed, PTI reported.Their interrogation led to the arrest of Maulvi Irfan Ahmad, a former paramedic who became Shopian’s imam, who allegedly provided the posters and used his access to radicalize the doctors.Investigators later discovered that the accused doctors – Muzamil Gannie, Umer-un-Nabi (now deceased) and Adeelrath – and his brothers Muzzafarrath (absconding), Maulvi Irfan, Qari Aamir and Tufail Gazi met at Eidgah in downtown Srinagar in April 2022. “Ameer” (Chief), Maulvi Irfan as “Deputy Ameer” and Gannie as Treasurer.Among militant groups, Ansar is often associated with the globally banned terrorist group Al Qaeda, officials noted. The arrested doctors and preachers told interrogators that they formed a new group after losing contact with active terrorists. Roles and operational codes were assigned, and Umer acted as coordinator and worked with Gannie on finance and procurement. In 2023, the group started procuring materials, including fertilizers, from Sohna and Nuh in Haryana. NPK (commonly referred to as potassium nitrate in this article) was also purchased from a chemical store in Faridabad as per Umer’s instructions. According to PTI, the arrested doctor said during interrogation that Umer watched online videos, learned the basic structure of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and successfully prepared tripacetone triperoxide (TATP), a peroxide explosive that was used as a filler in IEDs in many terror attacks.Officials said Adil began recruiting members and brought in a man named Danish, also known as Jasir, from south Kashmir. Adil took him to a rented accommodation in Al Falah University, Faridabad, where the two saw Umer and Ghani preparing TATP explosive materials. Umer later tried to convince the Danes to carry out a “fidayeen” (suicide) attack, but he withdrew at the last minute, citing his poor financial situation and his belief that suicide was forbidden in Islam.Umer, a 28-year-old doctor from Pulwama, is believed to be the most militant member and key figure in the network spanning Kashmir, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Officials suspect he had been planning a powerful vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) blast, intending to place it in a crowded spot in the nation’s capital or at a site of religious importance and then flee. However, the plot failed after Srinagar police arrested Ghani and seized the explosives, sending Umer into panic, which led to a premature explosion outside the Red Fort on November 10, killing more than a dozen people. Investigators also found that Umer had previously tried unsuccessfully to join a terrorist organization in 2016 and 2018.

Maharashtra Congress president likes Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Tipu Sultan; booked for hurt feelings

New Delhi: Maharashtra Congress president Harshwardhan Sapkal will Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Tipu Sultan.Speaking to reporters, Sapkar spoke about the controversy surrounding the display of Tipu Sultan’s portrait in the office of Deputy Mayor of Malegaon Municipal Corporation Shan E Hind Nihal Ahmed, which was opposed by the Shiv Sena and other groups. Sapkar said in Marathi that the Mysore rulers followed the ideals of Shivaji Maharaj.Sapkar said: “The courage possessed by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the concept of ‘Swarajya’ (self-government) introduced by him… Much later, Tipu Sultan followed this tradition and drew inspiration from his ideals and waged war against the British.”“In this sense, Tipu Sultan was a great warrior, displayed immense bravery and was a true son of India. He never let any toxic or communal ideas influence him. As a symbol of bravery, we should consider Tipu Sultan on par with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj,” he added.bjp Subsequently, the police booked Sapkal under Sections 192, 196(1), 196(2), 352 and 356(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The complaint alleged that Sapkar’s remarks hurt the sentiments of Hindus and followers of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and had the potential to disturb communal harmony.chief minister Devendra Fadnavis also weighed in on the issue and said the comparison was reprehensible and claimed the Congress leader must be ashamed of himself.Meanwhile, Congress leader Sachin Sawant accused the BJP of practicing “double standards” and pursuing a polarizing agenda after Sapkar was criticized for “equating” Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with Tipu Sultan.Citing multiple instances in a statement, a Congress spokesperson claimed that BJP leaders had previously supported or endorsed references to Tipu Sultan, the 18th-century Mysore ruler, in public spaces and official forums. He cited Akola and Mumbai civic body resolutions, as well as past instances of BJP leaders allegedly praising or associating themselves with the historical figure, arguing that the party’s current opposition is politically motivated. The BJP had earlier admired Tipu Sultan but now calls him detrimental to its polarizing agenda. “What should be called this hypocrisy? Tipu Sultan once wore a ring with Lord Ram’s name engraved on it,” Sawant claimed. The Congress leader also accused the ruling party of engaging in “twisted religious politics” and trying to polarize voters, while reiterating the party’s criticism of the BJP’s stand on the issue.

Viral diving video turns dangerous: Oman issues emergency warning after man swims with killer whale
Viral whale video triggers security alert: Omani authorities say it could be fatal

Oman’s Environment Agency has issued a public warning urging people not to dive near killer whales after a video showed a man swimming near the large marine predator. viral Online. Authorities are warning residents and visitors that attempting to get up close or photograph these powerful animals is unsafe and unpredictable and could endanger human lives and the welfare of wildlife.

Why Oman Orcas whale Advisory now out: Viral video sparks concerns

The advice comes in response to a widely shared video showing an individual diving near a killer whale off the coast of Oman, apparently with the intention of filming it underwater. Local authorities said this behavior “is incorrect and poses a serious risk to personal safety.”Oman’s Environment Agency explains that killer whales, also known as killer whales, are wild animals with unpredictable behavior and great strength. They stress that orcas are not trained animals and approaching them at close range in their natural habitat may trigger a defensive or aggressive response if the animals feel threatened.

Orca behavior and marine safety in Oman

Killer whales (Orcinus orca) are one of the most powerful predators in the ocean, known for their intelligence, cooperative hunting, and dominance in marine ecosystems. While attacks on humans are rare in the wild, experts and wildlife agencies around the world stress that close encounters with killer whales should be avoided for safety reasons.Oman’s warning echoes similar guidance from authorities and conservation groups in other parts of the world, where killer whale sightings raise concerns but require strict distance and respect to avoid scaring or angering the animals.

A guide to safely watching marine wildlife in Oman

In an effort to balance public interest with wildlife conservation, Oman’s Environment Agency urges people to:

  • Observe marine life from a boat or a safe distance rather than trying to get close to the water.
  • Avoid diving or swimming near large marine mammals, especially orcas, which swim quickly and unpredictably.
  • Let the sighting be a moment of appreciation rather than an excuse for risky behavior.

This is not only a safety measure for humans, but also supports the welfare of wildlife, as the close presence of humans may disrupt natural behavior or cause stress to animals.

Oman’s marine encounter: a rare but fascinating sight

Orca sightings in the Arabian Sea and Gulf, including off the coast of Oman and the United Arab Emirates, are relatively rare and therefore conspicuous when they occur. Previous reports have even documented sightings of killer whales near UAE waters, sparking interest from conservationists and the public. While orcas are not commonly seen in the Arabian Gulf, they are occasionally sighted, underscoring the importance of coastal conservation efforts and public awareness of marine life.

What this means for divers and tourists in Oman

Oman’s advice reminds snorkelers, divers and ocean lovers that wildlife encounters are best experienced with caution and respect. Even moments of curiosity or awe should not override basic safety principles, especially with large predators that weigh several tons and move unpredictably.Authorities are using this viral incident as a teaching moment, and while technology and social media encourage close-ups, the safety of humans and animals should always come first. As orca sightings capture the public’s imagination, Oman’s Environment Agency steps in with a clear message: watch from a distance, respect wildlife and never sneak near a wild predator for a viral video. Encouraging safe, sustainable enjoyment of the ocean not only protects humans, but also protects the natural behaviors and habitats of ocean giants like orcas.

Pahlavi also made a direct appeal to Trump, telling reporters, “To President Trump … the Iranian people hear you say that help is coming, and they have confidence in you. What did Nicole Arbor say in the video?

“I’m sorry, but I cannot accept the so-called hush money agreement you sent me,” Abel said. jelly roll It added that the conflict between the two had been going on for about five years.

She claimed that instead of apologizing for unspecified actions involving Jelly (real name Jason DeFord) and his wife, Bunnie XO, she received an alleged settlement agreement that came with legal threats.

“I demand an apology and it should be easy for you to apologize for all the crazy things you and your wife have done to me, especially when I don’t know you,” Arbor added. “You’re saved now, right? So you should want to atone. You should want to make peace with people. Heck, even if you’re just tagging along, you want to make peace with the people you wronged.”

There have been a lot of people threatening me, for like five years, which is so weird for a woman you don’t know. Very weird.”

Arbor went on to say that while Jelly’s fans thought she was lying, the hush money deal did exist and she would post it online to prove it.

“Yes, we can all get it out there and everyone can know who you really are behind the scenes. People can know that, you know, I’ve probably been telling the truth about everything for the last five years,” she added.

Arbor once again expressed his disappointment with Jelly’s refusal to apologize and have an “adult conversation,” adding, “But, you know, role-playing Christians have a role-playing baptism.”

“If I can post it online, please let me know. Oh, and just know that anything you or your attorneys send me in the future, I will post it online immediately. Have a nice day,” she added.

Jelly has yet to respond to Arbor’s latest hush-money allegation.

Nicole Harbor and Jelly Roll’s Conflict History

The latest development is an escalation in tensions between Jelly and Arbor that began years ago. The problems began after Arbour’s scheduled appearance on the Bunnie XO podcast was canceled, leading to various disputes involving Arbour’s former partners.

Arbor has previously accused Jerry on social media of sabotaging her music career by confronting her at public events and trying to pressure producers who were working on her debut album.
