“Last night, our beautiful friend Sarah was tragically taken from us in an act of unimaginable violence. Her sudden and heartbreaking passing has left the entire community grieving, but the greatest loss has been to her two precious children, who must now face life without their loving mother,” the page reads.
“Sarah was an incredible mother. Her children were the center of her world and everything she did was for them. She loved them fiercely, worked hard to provide for them and dreamed of giving them the best life possible,” it added.

Bekki Rainer Tilley, a friend of Sarah’s, posted on Facebook about a conversation the two had a week ago, “I asked her if she needed to protect herself from that monster and she said ‘I don’t think he could really hurt me’…and he did. His life was ruined so he wanted to take her innocent precious life too. I hope he’s right where he belongs.”
“We all talked about how we were ready to be raptured because we were tired of this world and ready to be with Jesus every day. She loved Jesus. She loved her kids and Jesus. She was the most devoted girl. She told me everything every time and always told me how beautiful I was and how worthy I was of the world,” she added.
A vigil for Sarah is scheduled for Saturday at 8 p.m. at Morrow Elementary School in Collinsville.
