Kelvin Evans reaches plea deal before trial

Grant and Blue told police that items stolen from their rental vehicle included two MacBook laptops, Apple headphones, luxury clothing and accessories, and a hard drive that investigators said contained unreleased material from Beyoncé.

Grant also informed officials that he had “personally sensitive information” related to Beyoncé.

Prosecutors said the laptop that was taken used tracking technology that could verify its location, as shown in a second video.

Regarding his sentencing, Evans was ordered to keep his distance from the victim and the car park where the theft occurred.

He has been detained since his arrest last August.

The burglary occurred before Beyoncé kicked off her four-night Cowboy Carter tour at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
