Meanwhile, some people responded to Trump’s statement, with one writing on X: “Trump is apparently the only one who doesn’t answer turtle calls.”
“Of course he doesn’t know! No one knows! Either he’s lying and does know something but refuses to say it!” another commented.
“That’s how you know they’re all lying…it’s the easiest thing Trump does…a pathological liar,” said a third X user.

Here’s what Mitch McConnell’s team is saying about his health
McConnell’s team has shared limited information about his health because he has been hospitalized for more than three weeks.
The handling of his mysterious medical crisis, which a 911 call described as a heart attack, has drawn significant attention, prompting some to ask his office for a proof-of-life video of the veteran congressman.
However, McConnell’s The team refused to comply and consistently released the same statement, claiming that he was continuing to recover in the hospital and that he “continues to improve” and was allegedly “working closely with his staff.”
McConnell’s team is led by his long-time media-shy aide Terry Carmack, who is expected to earn more than $226,000 this year.
Amid growing demands for information this week, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, Party Whip John Barrasso and former McConnell aide Scott Jennings, now a member of the CNN panel, all said they have had discussions with the octogenarian senator.
McConnell’s team accused of “covering up the truth”
They each reported having about 20 minutes of phone conversations with McConnell from his hospital room, saying he was engaged and eager to return to the Senate. All three noted that they discussed a variety of policies, including those related to Iran, Ukraine and defense spending.
However, their assurances have been questioned by both political parties, with some claiming McConnell’s The team is doing a “cover-up.”
The revelation that even the president does not know the status of McConnell, a current senator and one of the most prominent members of the Republican Party, will undoubtedly heighten concerns about his absence and increase demands for “proof of life.”
While Republican Senate leadership may claim they are communicating with McConnell, others republican Claiming they are still as ignorant as the public.
“Many of us are not talking about Mitch McConnell’s condition because we know nothing about his condition,” Maga Senator Mike Lee said on X.
