The post, shared on Truth Social, appeared to place the two politicians in a stylized sporting confrontation scenario, viewed as a symbolic “face-off” rather than an actual event.
The image spread across social media platforms, with users questioning its tone and intent, with many believing it was unusual for a sitting president to share such content.
Alongside the image, Trump wrote: “President Donald J. Trump vs. failed New York Governor Kathy Hochul, if people are smart they will vote for Bruce Blackman – he will make New York great again! President DJT”
Internet reaction
The AI image sparked immediate reactions online, with users mocking the visuals and framing of the post. One comment read: “Every day he finds new ways to humiliate not just himself, but the entire country.”

Then in April, Trump shared an AI-generated image that appeared to depict him as a Jesus-like figure healing the sick. Trump later deleted the post, and reports said the image was actually intended to portray him as a doctor rather than a religious figure.
