New Delhi: Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Marwa Moitra On Thursday, she shared a video showing a group of men raising anti-TMC slogans against her on a plane and urged Civil Aviation Minister K Ram Mohan Naidu to put them on the no-fly list.Moitra said someone retweeted her video after ‘Sangees’ went viral on social media. The incident took place on an IndiGo flight from Kolkata to Delhi after it landed in the national capital.“Alert! I traveled to Delhi today on official business to attend a meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Defense. I was sitting on the 1st floor seats in 6E 719. A group of 4-6 men boarded the plane, looked askance at me, and walked to the back of the aircraft. They did just that when the flight landed and before the doors opened and filmed it all. This is not “citizen outrage.” This is harassment and a violation of my safety on the plane. There is no way these thugs would engage in such harassment on a plane. @IndiGo6E Find your crew report, name and shame them and ban the flight list @RamMNK please take action,” she posted on X.“This is the BJP culture. Why would anyone be surprised? I ignored it and went to my mtng from the airport. Then people reposted my Sanjith’s ‘viral’ video. That’s when I spoke out. @IndiGo6E told me they need to file a formal complaint. I am sending it,” the TMC MP added. In the video, a group of men can be heard shouting slogans such as “Jai Shri Ram”, “TMC chor”, “Pishi chor”, “Bhaipo chor” and “Trinamoole sab chor”.
