Wonder boy Vabihav Sooryavanshi in beast mode in IPL 2026

15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi became the youngest player to reach 1,000 runs in men’s T20 cricket and did so faster than anyone before him, reaching the mark in just 473 balls, surpassing the previous benchmark (533 balls) set by Mitchell Owen in the 2026 IPL Cyclone Century against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The teenager’s impressive 36-ball hundred in IPL 2026 is currently the third-fastest century in the league’s history, behind only Chris Gayle’s iconic 30-ball blitz and his own 35-ball haul last season. That game itself was a statistical storm.
