looking for Nancy Guthrie Moving on, a self-proclaimed investigator points to alleged posts by son-in-law about parasites Tommaso Scioni. Guthrie was reported missing by his family on February 1, and authorities believe the 84-year-old was taken from his home the night before.

Months have passed and no suspects have been publicly named. Guthrie was also not found. Meanwhile, speculation abounds about son-in-law Tommaso and his wife Annie Guthrie. Annie, today’s host’s sister Savannah Guthriehad dinner with their octogenarian mother the night before she was reported missing. Tommaso then reportedly dumped her home a short distance from where they lived. Given the circumstances, Anne and Tommaso were the last people to see Guthrie before she was taken away. As a result, even though Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos made it clear that no member of the Guthrie family was a suspect in the kidnapping, the two were still subject to intense public scrutiny and unfounded speculation.

During this time, self-proclaimed investigator Jonathan Lee Riches, who had been following Guthrie’s case, shared Tommaso’s alleged information about the parasite.

Jaguar Land Rover also shared a screenshot of BASIS Oro Valley, where Tommaso works as a teacher. It was there that Tommaso’s alleged message about parasites came out. “Oh, I contracted a parasite (larvae migrans) during a trip to Costa Rica and I let it stay in my leg for three months to show my kids the parasite/host relationship first hand! So gross, right?” Tommaso allegedly said in a screenshot shared by Jaguar Land Rover.

The post sparked widespread reactions, including one person asking if people were living off Nancy Guthrie like parasites. “Speaking of Parasites: Are A & T Parasites Living off Host Nancy??” they commented. However, many people were not fooled by Jaguar Land Rover’s claims, considering that Tommaso was exonerated long ago and there has been no evidence linking him or his wife to the crime since.

one person commented “He didn’t hide the fact that he drove Nancy home. You didn’t find out anything new. Not sure about your theory about Tommaso. The crime happened well after 1am.” Meanwhile, another explain “Sounds like every biology teacher I’ve ever had, a little weird.”

Despite all the speculation surrounding Annie and Tommaso, Savannah has also come out in support of the duo, saying they both love Nancy Guthrie very much.
