New developments in the case of the missing 84-year-old man Nancy Guthrie A retired federal investigator sparked an online discussion after he shared details about a search warrant and a man previously detained in connection with the case.

A Range Rover was searched, and then her home was searched on a federal search warrant the night Daley and his mother were taken into custody, according to Coffendaver. Authorities have not publicly confirmed the claims or revealed what, if anything, has been found.
She also hinted at possible physical differences between Daley and the people captured on surveillance footage near Guthrie’s home, writing: “The eyebrows and eyes appear to be different.”

Authorities have not commented on the claims online.
In separate posts, Coffendaver also questioned whether Guthrie’s disappearance fit a pattern of a home invasion, arguing that several factors seemed inconsistent with a typical home invasion.
Investigators have not confirmed a motive. As the search enters its third week, officials say the case remains active and urge the public to rely on verified updates and submit credible tips.
