Chandrababu Naidu Supports women’s rights reservation, growth-led welfare and higher birth rate, arguing that India must jointly address structural challenges.Speaking at the Economic Times Business Excellence Awards, he said reservation of seats for women was the best way to enhance political participation and dispelled concerns that delimitation would disadvantage southern states, saying any increase in seats would be applied proportionately across India.On the economy, Naidu said welfare cannot rely solely on loans and gifts. He said the government must first create wealth through reform, investment and business growth.Naidu also called for a rethink on population policy. Andhra Pradesh chief minister says India should now encourage families to have at least two children to maintain its demographic advantage.
