Laura Loomer lashed out at Candace Owens in a recent X post, drawing criticism after Candace criticized Erika Kirk by saying “God hates you” and “humanity hates you.” However, netizens were quick to point out that just months before Charlie Kirk was murdered in Utah, Loomer himself slammed him in a scathing post on X.
“God hates you @RealCandaceO,” Loomer wrote. “That’s why he gave Charlie to Erica, and why you didn’t even get to say goodbye to him. God hates you. Look in the mirror and internalize how much God hates you. We all hate you. Humanity hates you. And you are irredeemable.”
Candace has been widely criticized for her conspiracy theories and attacks on Erica and Turning Point USA after Charlie’s death. In recent days, she accused Erica of removing all episodes of “The Charlie Kirk Show” from Spotify, Apple and YouTube shortly after taking over as CEO of Turning Point USA following Charlie’s murder. She also claimed that Charlie took off his wedding ring the night before he was assassinated Taylor Robinson In Utah.

Netizens were quick to point out in the comments section that Loomer called Charlie a “political opportunist” in a July 2025 X post. “Is this you?” one X user asked Loomer, along with a screenshot of her post.

After this weekend, I’d say he has exposed himself as a political opportunist and I have had a front-row seat to witness the mental gymnastics of the past decade. Most recently, Charlie decided to act like a charlatan, claiming to support Trump one day and stabbing Trump in the back the next. TPUSA can only thrive thanks to President Trump’s generosity.”

“On the one-year anniversary of Trump’s assassination, Charlie hosted @ComicDaveSmith at @TPUSA’s SAS conference, where Dave Smith spoke to a group of conservative youth from a self-proclaimed pro-Trump organization,” Loomer continued. “Three weeks ago, Dave Smith called for President Trump to be impeached and removed from office for his decision to blow up Iran’s nuclear facilities.”
She added, “As we all have seen, Charlie plays both sides of the fence on Iran on his show because he wants to play both sides. The most honorable thing is to have a position and defend it to the death rather than flip-flopping. Smith said all MAGA “should turn to Trump” and ditch him. He said this three weeks ago.”
Charlie, 31, was allegedly shot and killed by Tyler Robinson on September 10 while attending a campus event in Utah. According to a statement from Utah Valley University (UVU), the shooting occurred around 12:20 pm local time during a student Q&A event at UVU in Orem.
