“Lorna categorically denies these allegations,” her attorney told the New York Post. “She never engaged in any inappropriate behavior with this individual and never even visited the location where the sexual assault allegedly occurred.”

The lawsuit was filed Monday in New York The county Supreme Court accused Alhajdini, who goes by the pseudonym “John Doe,” of serious misconduct. It is alleged that Hajdini performed “non-consensual, humiliating sexual intercourse” with the complainant, injected him with drugs including Roxampone and Viagra, and used racial slurs.

The legal filings include several explosive statements made by Hajdini, but her legal team insists they were never spoken.

Some of them were, “Brown boy’s birthday BJ? my little brown boy“. “You need to win it, my little Arab boy toy. ” “Do you really think [management]…Want some origins of Brown Boy Indian leadership? …If you don’t wring my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion. “I’m going to destroy you, I fucking own you.” “

The allegations have not been proven in court and remain controversial.

JPMorgan Chase The company also strongly denied the claims, saying an internal investigation conducted by its human resources and legal teams found no evidence to support them.

“Following an investigation, we concluded that there was no merit to the allegations,” a bank spokesman said, adding that multiple employees cooperated with the review but the complainant did not fully engage or provide key supporting details.

People familiar with the matter said Hajdini and John Doe worked on the same leveraged finance team from 2024 to 2025 but had no direct reporting relationship. According to the New York Times, they report to different managing directors.

The lawsuit also alleges failures in handling complaints internally. Sources said Rana had raised concerns internally in May 2025 and subsequently sought a financial solution to exit the company.

Allies of Hajdini, a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, describe her as a “top performer” whose reputation has been unfairly “tarnished.”

Staff within the bank described a “weird” atmosphere, with some employees allegedly discussing the matter on private messaging apps rather than monitored internal systems. A senior employee reportedly told the Daily Mail that “everyone wants to know what Jamie is thinking,” referring to CEO Jamie Dimon.
