How to solve Facebook and Instagram problems?
Facebook users will see “Account is temporarily unavailable,” which may occur due to a site outage. However, this could also be due to caching issues or certain actions taken on an individual’s profile.
Some ways to resolve this issue are to clear the app or browser cache, or file an appeal through the official Facebook support form. However, given that the message suggests there is an issue with the site, it’s unlikely that a client-side fix will work.
Instagram users face various problems. If Stories isn’t loading, try clearing your cache, force closing and reopening the app, or checking your network connection. If the feed also appears blank, you must force close the app, log out and back in, and then check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
However, given that these issues occurred during a reported global outage, a user-side fix cannot resolve the issue on the website side.
