As global businesses seek to build resilient and future-proof operations, we must continue to strengthen our ecosystem through innovation, research and industry collaboration. Platforms like the Economic Policy Center play an important role in shaping the ideas that will drive India’s next phase of transformation. “Telangana is well-positioned to lead the next phase of digital transformation, he added, stressing the importance of collaboration between academia and policymakers.Dr Yajuru Meduri, Vice-Chancellor of Mahindra University, said, “The Center for Economic Policy will help drive meaningful dialogue on issues relevant to India’s growth story, starting with Hyderabad emerging as a leading center in the GCC. Our first event on the GCC will bring together diverse perspectives to understand how policy, talent and infrastructure can enhance India’s competitiveness. “Development economist Dr Aamir Ulla Khan stressed the need for closer public-private collaboration, saying “the time is ripe for India’s private universities to take the lead and work closely with the government in research and training.”
