A “Teacher of the Month” photo of Cole Thomas Allen, the suspect behind the shocking security incident at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, has surfaced online.

Fox News’ Carol Markovich first shared the suspect’s details on X. She wrote: “Attempted shooter White House Correspondents’ Dinner Cole Tomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, California, was taken into custody. “

According to a picture circulated on the Internet, the suspect Allen has an educational background.

“Teacher of the Month”

Images widely circulated on social media appear to show Allen being named “Teacher of the Month” by a tutoring agency in Torrance. The photo also includes his name and place of employment.

According to Allen’s LinkedIn profile, he also interned at NASA in 2014. According to the description, he worked on artificial intelligence models for planetary mapping during his internship at NASA.

His LinkedIn profile says he graduated from Caltech where he worked as an engineer.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he currently works as an adjunct instructor at C2 Education and has been with the organization for six years.

The investigation is ongoing and the motive is unknown.

Allen reportedly does not belong to any foreign group or political organization, but authorities have not confirmed those details. His alleged role and possible motives remain unclear.

Federal agencies, including those led by Kash Patel, say comprehensive background checks are already underway.

“We will thoroughly investigate this individual’s background. That process has already begun… We will analyze all evidence immediately to make sure we protect this country,” Patel told a White House press briefing.
