New Delhi: At least 10 people were killed and 25 injured in a collision between a bus and a truck in Bihar’s Katihar state.According to Katihar police, the injured are being rushed to the nearest government hospital.“Today, April 11, 2026, a horrific road accident occurred near Gerabari under the jurisdiction of Korha police station in Katihar district involving a bus and a pickup truck. So far, 10 people have lost their lives in this incident,” Katihar police wrote in a statement.“After first aid, approximately 25 persons injured in the accident are being transferred to nearby hospitals for advanced medical care,” the statement added.According to Superintendent of Police Shikhar Choudhary, the accident took place on board NH-31 in Korha block of Katihar.
