A GoFundMe was launched following the death of 21-year-old Arianna Bailey Jones. Glendale, Arizona The woman was allegedly murdered by a man she met on social media. Jones’ mother, Sofia Angelica Sardinas, wrote on Facebook before Jones was found dead that her daughter was “taken from her apartment” and that she was taken “forcibly.”

The donations will help Jones get the farewell she deserves and help “bring hope to the little boy she loved so much,” the fundraiser added.

On July 7, a relative called police to report that Jones had not been heard from for two days. When police checked Jones’ apartment, they found a dog in a kennel without food or water that appeared to have been alone for several days.
Jones’ mother said on Facebook that she requested a Turquoise Alert for her daughter. However, before that could happen, Jones was found dead.
Rodolic The two met on social media and first met the day she disappeared, according to Glendale police. Detectives believe he orchestrated the crime because earlier that day, the suspect had visited the same location where Jones was later found to purchase supplies to bury her body, AZ Family reported. The motive is unclear.
Rodolico told detectives that while he was with Jones, they were “jumped” by two unidentified men who stabbed her. He claimed he managed to escape.
Investigators reportedly found enough evidence to tie Rodolico to the crime. He was arrested and taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder. He is being held on a $2 million bond.
Police arrived at a remote desert area near Lake Pleasant where Jones’ phone last rang. On July 11, cadaver dogs discovered human remains in a shallow grave in the area.
The positive’s identity has not yet been confirmed. However, police believe the remains belong to Jones. The cause of death has not been released.
