A theory began to circulate on the Internet that the explosion occurred in kaisenateStreamer College Auditions Atlanta. It is also reported that the explosion killed 49 people and injured 17 others. A person on Facebook shared a video that he claimed was from Atlanta, Georgia, where the popular streamer was hosting auditions. “A bomb went off in Atlanta,” the person wrote while sharing a video.

In the alleged video, overlay text shows Atlanta is on lockdown and several law enforcement vehicles can be seen on the street with sirens blaring. However, there were no reports of mass casualty incidents in Atlanta from law enforcement or major and local media. The Atlanta Police Department also released a statement on X as the rumors swirled.

“The Atlanta Police Department is aware of a video circulating on social media claiming an explosion occurred at a Kai Cenat/Streamer University event on Tuesday night. This information is inaccurate. The video in question did not originate from the City of Atlanta, and no such incident has occurred within our jurisdiction,” they wrote. Therefore, it can be confirmed that the claims in the video are not true.

The person who shared the video also later updated the comments section to say it was “disinformation.” However, rumors have been circulating for some time. Before claiming the bomb went off, there were Rumors about the shooting At the Kai Cenat event.

one postal on X seeks to set the record straight and clear up all speculation surrounding the incident. “Kai Cenat’s Streamer college auditions in Atlanta are reportedly being shut down after a massive influx of people,” the person wrote, adding, “Videos of the event went viral on social media and there are multiple rumors currently circulating online about a possible shutdown.”

“Some are claiming there was a shooting, while others are claiming there was a possible bomb threat. At this time, none of these claims have been officially confirmed by authorities, and much of the information currently circulating appears to be based on social media reports and eyewitness accounts,” the page later said.

“What’s clear is that the event drew a large crowd that quickly became unmanageable. The Atlanta auditions appeared to be more chaotic than the Los Angeles auditions, which publicly appeared to still be relatively organized despite drawing large numbers of attendees. Whatever ends up happening, the turnout once again demonstrates the massive power streaming now has over younger audiences. Events associated with creators like Kay Senat draw crowds that rival those of major artists and traditional celebrities,” it concluded.

What happened at the Kai Cenat event?

Senat’s audition scheduled for Tuesday at Streamer University had to be cancelled, despite a large attendance. The audition was eventually postponed until Wednesday, but a large number of eager participants forced police to take action.

Police told a local channel that they react when people are disruptive. Three people were charged Monday and one was detained, according to authorities. A local publication noted that police also detained and arrested one person on Tuesday. Law enforcement said the arrests stemmed from people gathering on private property and refusing to disperse when asked.

Cenat’s Streamer University auditions are designed to help aspiring content streamers learn, collaborate, and grow their audiences. The popular streamer announced a series of live auditions this month in New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta.
