Senate hopeful Graham Plattner A Maine man still has an active account on Kik, where he allegedly sent sexually explicit text messages to several women, the New York Post reports. Plattner revealed this after a Wall Street Journal report claimed that his wife broke her silence, Amy GertnerIt had previously been claimed her husband exchanged sexually explicit text messages with other women during their marriage.
Plant, an oyster farmer and former U.S. Marine, became Maine’s presumptive Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate after his primary rival, Janet Mills, suspended her campaign last month.
Despite these accusations, Plattner dismissed as ‘gossip’ His Kik account “Phustle0331” bears his name and claims to have been active for 3,611 days, still active as of noon on Monday, June 1. The New York Post said it had verified using a dummy account, but the account was quickly deleted.
The photo on Plattner’s profile is where he is Topless, with a towel tied around her waist and various visible tattoos. In the mirror selfie, he held the phone to his chest, which has a tattoo resembling the Totenkopf or “death head” symbol used by the Nazi SS. Plattner previously claimed he was unaware of the Nazi connection, which has since been discussed.

Kik is widely known for being the go-to dating app. It allows users to register without revealing a phone number or valid email address.
The Wall Street Journal previously confirmed that user ID Phustle0331 does belong to Platner. It’s similar to the Reddit account he used in the past, “P-Hustle.”
Graham Plattner breaks silence
Plattner refuted the accusations in an interview with NewsCenter Maine on Sunday, June 1, accompanied by his wife after a campaign stop in Portland.
“It’s not surprising to me that the mainstream media is just spreading gossip instead of trying to talk about what’s really important in this game, which is the physical reality that Meiners is dealing with,” Plattner said.
“Amy and I had a very loving, very happy marriage. They were very keen to try and break it up,” he added, before talking about hospital closures, low teacher and nurse pay and the fact that Mainers’ wages aren’t as high as they used to be.
“But, of course, the powers that be don’t want us to talk about this, so they just make small talk,” Plattner concluded.
When asked directly whether the allegation was inaccurate, Plattner said: “The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times ran these stories without any evidence other than gossip from former staffers. I’m sorry, and this is clearly journalistic malfeasance.”
