It’s always going to be a tough challenge to keep improving your game, given the changes in batsmen’s approach and the aggressive approach they take in the powerplay,” he explained. However, the veteran attributes his success to sticking to fundamentals throughout his career. “I believe what works best for me personally is a consistent focus on strengthening my fundamentals,” he added. With this achievement, Bhuvneshwar also joins the elite list of players to have played 200 or more IPL games, becoming the 12th cricketer to achieve this milestone.
