CMF Watch 3 Pro has been launched in India, bringing changes in design, fitness tracking, and software features. This new smartwatch replaces the earlier CMF Watch 2 Pro, which was launched two years ago. While the watch retains its round dial, it no longer supports interchangeable bezels, instead using a fixed frame.

CMF Watch 3 Pro is priced at $7,999. As part of a limited-time offer, it will be available at Rs. 6,999. However, the orange variant is listed in $During this period, it is priced at 7,499, with lower offers in light grey, light green and dark gray color options. All models have a 36.2mm dial size and have the same specifications. The watch will be available on Flipkart from May 8.
CMF Watch 3 Pro: Design and presentation
The CMF Watch 3 Pro has a metal body and comes with a replaceable liquid silicone strap. It has an IP68 water and dust resistance rating. The watch features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466, a brightness of 650 nits, and a refresh rate of 60Hz.
The different color options have slightly different bezel designs. The dark gray version has a simple finish, while the orange version features a raised pattern around the dial. The move to a fixed bezel design appears to be for improved durability.
A rotating crown on the side allows users to scroll and select options. The smartwatch supports over 120 watch faces, including interactive and customizable options.
CMF Watch 3 Pro: Health and activity tracking features
This smartwatch includes tools for tracking heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, and stress levels. It also supports sleep tracking, including details like sleep stages and nap detection. Includes features like breathing exercises, inactivity alerts, and a menstrual cycle tracker.
The company says the new optical sensor improves accuracy during exercise and rest compared to earlier models. The watch also provides activity data summaries and supports guided running plans.
CMF Watch 3 Pro: Sports mode and GPS
CMF Watch 3 Pro supports 131 sports modes. It includes dual-frequency, multi-system GPS for outdoor tracking. Personalized running coaches create 8- to 16-week training plans based on user goals. These plans are adjusted based on performance data collected during workouts.
Connectivity and smart features
The smartwatch works with devices running Android 6.0 or higher and iOS 13 or higher. It connects via Bluetooth 5.3 and pairs with the Nothing X app. Users can access calling features, control music, send quick replies, and make queries using ChatGPT’s built-in support. The watch has an estimated battery life of up to 13 days, depending on usage.
