Faheem Ashraf There was an on-field quarrel pakistan super league (PSL) 11th match on Thursday at the Pakistan State Bank Stadium, Karachi. The moment happened on the third ball of the 17th over of the first innings when Aamir bowled a slow bouncing ball to Faheem Ashraf. Fahim attempted an uppercut but handed the ball to goalkeeper Mohammad Rizwan. After catching the ball, Amir celebrated and then spoke to Fahim, gesturing for him to walk back to the pavilion. Faheem walked towards Amir and pointed the bat at him. The situation was then brought under control when Asif Afridi and Saad Masood intervened and removed the two players. In this match, Rawalpindiz chose to bat first and defeated Islamabad United by 137 runs in 20 overs. Islamabad got off to a slow start with Devin Conway and Samir Mihas failing to score quickly in the early overs. Naseem Shah took a wicket in the power play, dismissing Mohammad Faiq for five of six to make it 29-2 after 5.5 overs. Saad Masood then dismissed Shadab Khan for a single in the seventh over, leaving Islamabad trailing 30-3. Amir then dismissed Faheem Ashraf for 11 off 12 balls as Islamabad reached 99-7 in 16.3 overs. Chris Green scored 29 runs off 16 balls, hitting 2 fours and 2 sixes to help the score cross 100, but was eliminated in the final over.
