Voting for the 2026 West Bengal Assembly elections will be held in two phases on April 23 and April 29, with authorities focusing on ensuring smooth and safe conduct of polls across the state. Counting will take place on May 4.With millions of people expected to vote, voters are advised to follow key guidelines at polling stations. according to election committee Data shows that more than 3.6 million voters from 16 constituencies voted in the first phase alone.
