According to DownDetector, most problems appear to stem from server connections, with 78% of complaints related to this issue. One person wrote in the comments section: “Other people’s chat isn’t working, I can’t message people or add people, that’s what it says – “We can’t receive all your messages right now. “
Another added, “Messaging isn’t working right now and neither are the parties.” On X, people also expressed their frustration.
“PSN was down last week and Xbox Live isn’t working today…” one said wrote. Another added “Xbox servers are down.”
There is also one tagged Xbox and Xbox Support as well wrote “Xbox Party Chat Ended.” However, there hasn’t been any statement on the cause of the outage or a timetable for a fix.

If you see a “Unable to get all messages” notification, there are some workarounds you can take to try to resolve the issue from the user side. You can try a hard reset of Microsoft’s console. This is done by holding down the power button for about ten seconds.
People can also check for system updates, try clearing their message requests, and make sure their privacy settings allow communication. If none of these work, you must check the service status page for messages of possible server outages.
Given the prevalence of issues accessing Xbox chat, it appears the problem lies with the company rather than individual players. Therefore, a user-side fix is ​​unlikely to work in this case.
