TPUSA’s Erika Kirk Pays Influencers to Call Candace Owens “Devil”? The truth behind the Charlie Kirk series’ previous viral hit

A viral claim is making the rounds online that social media influencers are paid Erica Kirk and Turning Point America’s Smear Conservative Podcast Candace Owens. Prior to this, Owens released her promised explosive series about the late TPUSA founder, Charlie KirkAssassinated while attending an event at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025.

Owens previewed a series called Charlie’s Bride, which promises to star Erica Kirk. It’s worth noting that Kirk’s widow has been subject to public scrutiny and speculation since she took over as TPUSA CEO. Unconfirmed social media profiles made multiple accusations about her past and early relationships.

Owens also criticized Kirk on several occasions, including questioning her alibi before her husband was assassinated. However, despite all the hints and speculation, Owens did not provide any concrete evidence against Kirk. Now, many of her supporters claim influencers were paid to launch a massive smear campaign against Owens, leading to an online feud.

Candace Owens smear campaign? All about claims

Several profiles on X claimed there was a coordinated smear campaign against Owens and appeared to point to Erica Kirk and TPUSA as being behind it.

“This morning I said that Candace Owens was under a coordinated attack for her investigation into Erika Kirk. Now a leaked TPUSA email confirms this, laying out the smear campaign and even writing talking points. They were told to call her “evil” and “evil.” At this point, clowns like Dan Bongino are parroting the words verbatim. These people are too stupid to think for themselves, and they need Erika Kirk. Kirk) does it for them” an account on X. wrote.

other additional “They did slander Candace Owens, and they directed right-wing influencers to call her a ‘devil.’ None of this ‘hate’ is natural or real. You don’t hate Zionists enough.”

Another wrote “The smear campaign against Candace Owens is far from true! The real question is who is paying them?”. They shared a list of influencers who allegedly “paid” to smear Owens, calling her a “demon,” among other things.

Fact-checking Candace Owens-Erica Kirk claims

While there are claims of a smear campaign against Owens circulating online, the allegations against TPUSA and Erica Kirk do not appear to be true. The email shared claiming to indicate their involvement was fact-checked by artificial intelligence chatbot Grok and found to be fake.

“No, this email is not real – it is fabricated troll bait… TPUSA has released zero statements. The feud between Owens and Erica Kirk is real and intense, but this memo is carefully crafted disinformation. Please verify before sharing,” Grok wrote.

Grok fact-checked the list of alleged influencers it shared, explain “No, not confirmed. The table accurately labels real posts from February 24th to 25th, with people like Benshapiro (“RealCandaceO Is evil”), catturd2 (“pure evil…a demon from the depths of hell”) and other influencers have used much the same scathing language to criticize Owens. But there is zero evidence that they were paid or received “the memo.” This is a backlash to her new “Charlie’s Bride” series, which examines Erica Kirk (Charlie Kirk’s widow) and TPUSA’s investigation into his assassination — which many conservatives believe Milo Yiannopoulos used in a conspiracy, but this has not been proven.

Meanwhile, Kirk’s supporters on X claimed it was Owens who was spreading a smear campaign against the late political activist’s wife.

Divided Israeli parties unite to welcome PM Modi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Israel provided a rare moment of bipartisanship in its deeply fractious and divided regime, with opposition leader Yair Lapid calling him a true friend of the country, while Prime Minister Netanyahu and his wife Sara greeted Modi at the airport, a special gesture that showed their chemistry and the bond between the two countries.Modi is the only Indian prime minister to have visited Israel, and relations have strengthened significantly under Modi, helped in part by his close relationship with Netanyahu and growing cooperation in defence, technology, agriculture and innovation. “Prime Minister Modi, it is a great honor to welcome you to Israel,” Netanyahu said, adding that the partnership between the two democracies continued to deepen. He also noted that the saffron color of Modi’s pocket square matched Sara Netanyahu’s dress, sparking laughter and indicating a level of comfort between the two leaders that lightened the moment. The English-language daily Jerusalem Post dedicated its front page to the visit, reflecting the lively atmosphere of the visit, adding the Hindi greeting “Namaste” next to the Hebrew “Shalom” to highlight the warmth in the relationship. Posting in Hindi, Lapid said all of Israel had eagerly welcomed Modi and described the relationship as “not just a strategic relationship, but a bond of deep friendship.”Subsequently, Modi became the first recipient of the Knesset Speaker’s Medal, the Knesset’s highest honor. Speaker Amir Ohana said the Knesset building was lit up in the colors of the Indian flag as a tribute and called Modi “a statesman of our time”. The significance of the moment was evident amid chants of “Modi, Modi” and a standing ovation when he arrived in Parliament.Modi walked off the podium and greeted members across party lines, echoing the bipartisan welcome. The reception underscored Israel’s broad political consensus on strengthening ties with India, even as internal divisions briefly narrowed after the Hamas attacks in October 2023 and then resurfaced in domestic politics.

UAE urgently recalls 4 health products: What every consumer must know
UAE health product recalls: 4 products recalled due to safety concerns and unapproved ingredients

In a recent consumer safety alert, the Emirates Drug Authority (EDE) has ordered an emergency recall of four health-related products from the UAE market due to serious safety concerns and regulatory breaches. The recall, which affects three dietary supplements and one medical product, reflects the UAE’s heightened vigilance in protecting public health amid an increase in online sales and unregulated imports. Authorities warned the public not to buy or use these items and banned their distribution through pharmacies, e-commerce platforms and other sales outlets across the country.

UAE authorities slam unsafe health products: Are you using these recalled products?

UAE authorities slam unsafe health products: Are you using these recalled products?

The regulator’s action follows safety reviews and inspections that identified unapproved ingredients, potential contamination and quality defects in these products – issues that could pose risks to consumer well-being if left unchecked. EDE’s alert is part of a wider push by health authorities to ensure that all health and medical products sold in the UAE meet strict quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Which supplements have been recalled in the UAE and why

  1. “Super Immune+” (unauthorized ingredient): EDE’s first recall notice flagged a supplement called Super Immune+ that was found to contain unapproved ingredients, including dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), molybdenum amino acid chelate and boron citrate, which are not authorized for use in food supplements in the UAE and may be unsafe for consumers. Because this product is not registered or approved by EDE, it is considered non-compliant and poses a public health risk.
  2. “WoundVite” by ZEN Nutrients (New ingredient question): Second addition, wound werther The product, marketed by ZEN NUTRIENTS, was withdrawn after regulators discovered the presence of a novel food ingredient not authorized under existing safety regulations in Europe or the United Arab Emirates. Ingredients in new formulations need to undergo rigorous scientific evaluation before approval, and this product has not yet undergone rigorous scientific evaluation.
  3. Rosabella Moringa capsules (Salmonella contamination): The third recall involves Rosabella Moringa capsules, which are associated with a risk of salmonella contamination, according to a safety update from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and coordination with the Division of Disease Control. Salmonella is a harmful pathogen that can cause serious gastrointestinal illness, especially in vulnerable populations.
  4. Isotonac-4 (quality defect): The final product was Isotonac-4, a laboratory-related medical product that was recalled after inspection revealed quality defects, including foreign particles and abnormal characteristics that could affect its safety and effectiveness. Manufacturers and suppliers are ordered to immediately withdraw affected batches of products from all distribution channels.

Why these supplement recalls matter to UAE consumers

These recalls highlight the UAE’s proactive approach to consumer safety and regulatory enforcement, particularly as online marketplaces and social media-driven commerce expand the availability of health-related products that may bypass traditional regulation. Some broader trends and impacts are emerging:

  • Unregulated online sales are a growing risk – Many of the recalled products were sold on online platforms without proper registration or approval. As digital shopping grows, so does the risk of unvetted supplements and medical supplies entering the market, sometimes with misleading claims or unsafe ingredients. EDE explicitly warns consumers not to purchase these products online or in stores.
  • Registration and approval are mandatory – Under UAE law, all dietary supplements, drugs and medical devices must be registered and approved by the relevant authorities before they can be marketed or sold. Failure to comply may result in recalls, fines and legal action against dealers and sellers. Experts also remind online sellers and merchants that product registration is not optional and selling unregistered health products may incur regulatory penalties.
  • Security alerts usually follow global signals – The recall of Rosabella Moringa capsules illustrates how UAE regulators coordinate with global safety networks such as the U.S. FDA and disease control agencies to track contamination risks and issue recalls when necessary. This helps protect local consumers from hazards discovered abroad before they become widely available domestically.

What consumers in the UAE should do now

If you live in or are visiting the UAE, here is the advice from health authorities:

  • Do not purchase or use any product named in the recall.
  • Check that your existing supplies have the brand name, lot number and expiration date that match the recalled item.
  • Dispose of recalled products safely or return them to the point of purchase.
  • Report any adverse reactions or side effects to your healthcare provider and EDE.
  • Avoid purchasing supplements and medical products from unauthorized sellers or unregistered online listings.

Consumers can also contact EDE directly for recall information or to inquire about product safety certification and registration requirements. The recall comes within a broader regulatory environment, where UAE authorities have been stepping up product safety oversight. Last month, for example, batches of infant formula, including those from well-known brands, were voluntarily recalled after potential contamination issues were discovered. These initiatives reflect increased vigilance in food and drug safety to prevent consumer harm.

In addition to individual recalls, the UAE Medicines Authority has recently introduced new mechanisms to end medical product monopolies and promote competition, thereby increasing supply resilience while maintaining quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry. This regulatory reform complements safety recalls by strengthening the overall health ecosystem. The UAE has issued an emergency recall of four health products, three supplements and a medical supply due to unapproved ingredients, contamination risks and quality defects. Affected products include Super Immune+, WoundVite, Rosabella Moringa Capsule and Isotonac-4, all of which are either unregistered or flagged as having safety issues. Consumers are urged not to purchase or use these products and sellers are prohibited from advertising or stocking these products. The action reflects increasing global and local harmonization on health product safety and the UAE’s strict enforcement of registration rules.

Several reporters on the scene, including reporters from Fox News and NewsNation, reported seeing the vehicle on Guthrie’s property in Catalina Foothills. A former FBI agent has now shared possible speculation on what that could mean. Jennifer Coffindaffer addressed possible developments in the situation as to what this movement could mean, while also leaving room for the fact that the vehicle movement could have been because Guthrie’s family was visiting their mother’s home.

Notably, Guthrie has three children — the “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie and siblings Anne and Karen. The trio appeared together in multiple videos calling for the return of their mother. Given the attention this case has received, the three have been under public scrutiny for quite some time. However, among siblings, Anne and her husband Tommaso Scioni Under greater scrutiny. This is because Guthrie is believed to have dined with Anne, who was reportedly living nearby, on the night she was taken.

The report also pointed out that the person who sent her home was her son-in-law Sioni, who was reportedly the last person to see her before she disappeared. Former NewsNation reporter Ashley Banfield also reported that Cione was a suspect, but authorities dismissed that at the time. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos later clarified that none of the family members were suspects in the case. However, interest in these individuals persists. Today’s photos and reports from the Guthrie home only update that.

Nancy Guthrie House: Movement sparks heated debate about home

There were reports of movement at Guthrie’s home, where authorities believe she was taken. Former FBI agent Coffin Duffer wrote on

She added, “The crime scene was destroyed anyway. Think about what they took?”

She shared photos posted on X by reporters at the scene. Someone asked in the comments: “Do you think the door looks like Tommaso?”

Many also speculated that Savannah Guthrie may have been driving in an SUV with the windows blacked out.

In another post sharing video from Guthrie’s home, the former law enforcement official wrote: “The guy in the suit looks like a lawyer to me. Prosecutors often want to see the crime scene in person. They may be accompanied by the lead detective/agent. That’s a positive sign.”

It’s worth noting that it’s unclear whether members of the Guthrie family actually visited the missing person’s home. Earlier, when roadblocks were set up near Guthrie’s home, it sparked speculation that family members might come to visit, although subsequent reports did not appear to confirm such a scenario.

Xi Jinping's military purge raises doubts about China's readiness for war: study

One of them was a general who commanded Chinese troops in the war against Taiwan. The other is an officer who once led the training branch of the People’s Liberation Army and was praised for modernizing combat training. The third man has long served as top military aide to Chinese leader Xi Jinping. The men are among dozens of once-rising senior military officers who have been detained, fired or disappeared from view without explanation over the past four years. A study released on Tuesday chronicling their downfall reveals the alarming extent of Xi Jinping’s campaign to overhaul the People’s Liberation Army, which last month ousted top PLA general Zhang Youxia. The purge has stripped the military of its most experienced commanders and raised doubts about its readiness for war, including over Taiwan, which Beijing claims as its territory, according to data compiled by researchers at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a Washington-based institute.“In the short term, it will be extremely difficult for China to launch a large-scale military operation against Taiwan given the large openings,” Bonny Lin, director of the center’s China Power Program, wrote in an assessment of the findings. “Even below this threshold, there is evidence that purge operations are having a negative impact on China’s exercises around Taiwan in 2025.”Research estimates that about 100 officers in the military’s top two ranks (general or lieutenant general) have been dismissed or sidelined since 2022. The tally includes about 11 officers who were purged even after retirement.M Taylor Fravel, a professor and expert on China’s military affairs at MIT who examined the data, said those eliminated accounted for about half of the military’s senior leadership, including top commanders as well as leaders and deputy leaders of central departments and all five of China’s military districts.Replacing them is not easy. The purge has reduced the pool of candidates with the skills, experience and unwavering loyalty to Xi Jinping and the Communist Party. Flavell said an officer typically must also serve three to five years at his or her current rank before being considered for promotion. “Xi Jinping purged all these people, and obviously it was blamed on their lack of loyalty to Xi Jinping and the party,” he said in an interview. “But he also needs expertise to have the troops he wants – loyalty and expertise – and how is he going to find those people? Now that’s going to be much more difficult.”The removals started small, with a senior official missing in 2022. By 2023, the number of senior officials dismissed or missing increased to 14, and by 2024 a further 11 were added. By last year, the purge had become a deluge: some 62 people were removed from their posts, many in the second half of the year. This year, about 11 officials have been absent from meetings they would normally attend, suggesting that at least some of them may be in serious trouble. Zhang’s downfall is likely to trigger more investigations into officials linked to him. Some of the dismissed or missing officials attribute their rise to Xi Jinping himself; others are stars whose seniority marked their future as the top command. Former CIA analyst John Culver said that in the Chinese military, “for every senior officer, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of junior officers whose careers are closely tied to the senior officers.” “I think this will continue for at least two or three years.” The New York Times
