Interstate 495 in Lowell, Massachusetts, was paralyzed on Tuesday as a major police operation closed the northbound and southbound lanes.
A silver pickup truck parked on a grassy median, causing many police cars to stop and paralyzing traffic on both sides of the road.
Troopers with the Massachusetts State Police pointed their weapons at the truck and appeared to be confronting a suspect. The pickup truck may or may not be occupied.
