The legal dispute between “This Is Us” co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is officially over. Lawyers for both sides announced Monday the settlement, ending a year-long battle that is set to go to trial in May. Terms of the settlement have not been made public, NBC News reported.
Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment during the production of the 2024 film he directed. She claims Baldoni made inappropriate comments about her appearance, kissed her without her consent, discussed his porn addiction and inserted unscripted sexual content into the scene without her consent.

Lawyers for both sides said in a joint statement: “The final product, the film ‘With Us,’ is a source of pride for all of us who worked hard to bring it to life. Raising awareness and making a meaningful impact on the lives of domestic violence survivors and all survivors are goals we support.”
The attorneys also said they “acknowledge the challenges that this process presents and recognize that the concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserve to be heard,” adding, “We remain firmly committed to eliminating inappropriate conduct and an unproductive environment in the workplace. We sincerely hope that this can come to an end and that all involved can move forward constructively and peacefully, including in an environment of mutual respect.”
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed in the statement.
