Witnesses said the man kept the woman in a chokehold and eventually spoke to police at the scene before driving off in an unmarked white car with flashing lights. The man in the brown jacket has now been identified as McEary. He has yet to comment on the matter.
Who is Scott McEary?
McElree is the Borough Manager/Police Chief of Quakertown LinkedIn profile. He served as a Detective Sergeant with the Whitemarsh Township Police Department for over 29 years from 1975 to 2004.
