According to prosecutors, the incident occurred outside Bond Street tube station on October 11 last year. Melissa Rein Lively, 40, and her boyfriend, German businessman Philipp Ostermann, 37, were also present.

Meanwhile, two sisters, Saba Javed and Maryam, were walking towards the station with their families and children. One of the sisters was pushing a child in a stroller. Prosecutors told Westminster Magistrates’ Court that the sisters noticed Lively and Osterman in front of them. The two looked drunk as they kissed and walked towards the station.

Lively then stumbled into the stroller. According to prosecutors, when one of the sisters pushed him back, Osterman turned and yelled: “You damn Indians, watch where you’re going, you’re not supposed to be here.”

One of the sisters responded, “She fell off my sister’s pram, we’re not even Indian, stop being racist,” the court was told. The Independent.

Osterman then went to kiss Lively. After the exchange, Lively grabbed one of the sisters by her hair and pulled hard, prosecutors said. The sister grabbed Lively’s hair and tried to break free.

British Transport Police said they received reports that a woman was racially profiled and assaulted as she entered Bond Street station with her family, the Daily Mail reported.

Lively did not appear in person at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. However, prosecutors confirmed she had been given a conditional warning and agreed to pay £910 compensation. The assault charge against her was dropped.

Prosecutor Lyndon Harris told the court: “Ms Lively has accepted a conditional caution in response to the allegations against her. This includes admitting the conduct alleged against her and admitting it constituted a crime, and she agreed to pay compensation of £910.”

According to the court, Lively has yet to pay restitution that was due in July.

Her boyfriend Osterman has pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated racial harassment and one count of threatening or abusive behaviour. He was granted unconditional bail and ordered to return to London City Magistrates’ Court on November 17 for sentencing. According to the Daily Mail.

Lively is the founder of America’s First PR, which she describes as an “anti-woke” PR firm, according to her Instagram page. she is stationed at Arizona.

She previously attracted attention in the United States after posting a video of herself removing a mask from a store display during the coronavirus pandemic, the Daily Mail reported.

Lively also tried unsuccessfully to serve as White House press secretary during Trump’s second administration, a position held by Caroline Leavitt.

Her boyfriend Ostermann is an associate director at Munich private equity firm Aequita.
