Bullock, a lifelong resident of Vivian, began his career with the Vivian Police Department as a dispatcher at age 20, according to KSLA. After a year, he became a part-time officer, and soon after, he became a full-time officer.
During the search warrant, upon Officer Brock’s arrival at the suspect’s residence at approximately 5:30 p.m., the suspect fired multiple shots through the closed door, striking Officer Brock. Nicholas Edward Alexander charged with first-degree murder
Nicholas Edward Alexander, 58, of Vivian, is charged with first-degree murder in connection with Bullock’s death on Feb. 10, 2026.
Additionally, Alexander was charged with three misdemeanor counts of cyberstalking, alleging that on or about November 10, 2025, he used email or other forms of electronic communications to threaten, harass, or instill fear in three different individuals.
Alexander is currently being held at Caddo Correctional Center without bond.
