Federal government offices are closed on Juneteenth because it is a federal holiday. Many state and local government offices are also suspending operations, but timelines may vary by jurisdiction.

Some private delivery services continue to operate. Both FedEx and UPS have Juneteenth holiday delivery plans, but both delivery services will operate on both days.
