The senator died hours after returning from Kyiv. Graham’s office said earlier that he died Saturday night after a “brief illness.” He was 71 years old. But his sudden death sparked public speculation and suspicion, especially claims of a foreign plot to assassinate the senator while he was working. Putin’s adviser’s big claim
Alexander Dugin, a Russian philosopher and author who has been called Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “brain” by the American media, has expressed his views on the death of the South Carolina senator. Dukin is said to have previously addressed Graham’s possible assassination in a now-deleted social media tweet, which he claimed was orchestrated by Iran to pressure Trump into renewing attacks on Iran.
“Lindsey Graham’s sudden death could be a black mark on Trump,” Dugin wrote. “I suspect it’s the Iranians. The most realistic thing is that Mossad’s job is to push Trump into renewed all-out war with Iran. That obviously means ‘you’re next’. Lindsey Graham is Trump’s shadow, his black self.”

Benjamin Netanyahu mourns Lindsey Graham
Shortly after Lindsey Graham’s death, Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement saying that he and his wife, Sara Netanyahu, “join the American people in grieving the loss of our dear friend, Senator Lindsey Graham.”
