Five people were later arrested in connection with the shooting – 19-year-old Bashawn C. Williams, 20-year-old Alex G. Scott Jr., 20-year-old Jamari D. Horton, 19-year-old Andrew P. Anthony and 18-year-old Matthews F. Cavalcante.

According to 13newsnow , Williams was charged with attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, five counts of aggravated malicious wounding, one count of malicious wounding, eight felonious counts of use of a firearm, attempted malicious wounding, and six felony counts of reckless handling of a firearm. Horton, Anthony and Scott Jr. also face the same charges.
Cavalcante has been charged with multiple offences, including aggravated malicious wounding and firearms violations.
