Video of Mitch McConnell’s explosive ambulance released, neighbors say ‘there’s no emergency here’
A recent video appears to depict Mitch McConnell He was found unconscious at his residence last month and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The video, obtained and confirmed by CNN, shows emergency personnel carrying the 84-year-old senator on a stretcher and into an ambulance on the morning of June 14.

One neighbor told CNN they asked police about the situation, but they only said there was a “medical emergency.” Neighbors also observed that emergency personnel seemed in no rush to get McConnell into an ambulance. “It seems a bit urgent in a situation where time may be of the essence, but there’s no urgency here.”

The senator from Kentucky has faced public criticism over a lack of substantive updates from his team about his health, treatment or the possibility of the 84-year-old senator returning to duty.

“He was lying on a stretcher with something like an orange foam blanket wrapped around him,” the neighbor said, noting they could see the 84-year-old’s feet, which were “not moving.”

Neighbors reported that the ambulance did not activate its alarm as McConnell left in the car.
Speculation about McConnell’s health
On June 14, McConnell’s staff revealed that the Republican had been hospitalized, but they provided no substantive information about the reason for his admission or the severity of his condition.
Independent reporter Desirée Townsend later obtained EMS dispatch audio from the incident, in which McConnell was found unresponsive at his residence and appeared to have experienced cardiac arrest.
Concerns about McConnell’s health have escalated to the point where many Make America Great Again and Republican figures are calling for the release of what they call “proof of life” to help dispel the persistent rumors.
