TVK leader slams DMK: ‘Can’t win even 25-30 seats without Congress’

That’s why they are desperately trying to rope in anyone into their alliance, even parties like DMDK, which no one thought they would come into contact with.”Taking aim at the BJP, the TVK leader condemned its “religion-based politics”, specifically mentioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Tirupalankundram. He warned against attempts to turn peaceful holy places into “contentious areas like Ayodhya” and criticized the DMK government for inaction. “Stalin, who is in charge of law and order affairs, should have at least issued an advisory to the Prime Minister’s Office or moved a motion in the court to prevent this unnecessary controversy. The DMK is deliberately allowing this to happen to stir up religious politics on its own later,” he claimed.Regarding TVK’s election plans, Kumar said the party has completed preparatory workshops for all 234 assembly constituencies.
