A protest briefly disrupted the opening of “American Turning Point” (TP America) On Friday, at the Women’s Leadership Summit in San Antonio, Texas, a woman stood up and screamed at TPUSA CEO Erika Kirk. The woman was then removed from the event by security personnel.
The incident occurred during the TPUSA Women’s Leadership Summit, a multi-day conference that brings together conservative women, activists, commentators and politicians.
The event, held in San Antonio, featured presentations focused on leadership, faith, politics, health and public engagement.

What happened at the summit?
Video shared online by journalist Virginia Grace McKinnon shows the woman interrupting the summit’s opening ceremony by shouting “Erica Kirk protects pedophiles” multiple times.
Protesters called for a move against the TPUSA CEO, sparking an uprising that was joined by other voices. Security personnel quickly removed the protesters from the area.
A second video released shortly after showed a longer clip of the exchange.
After the protesters were dispersed, Kirk addressed the audience and urged attendees to pray for those who oppose them. “It’s important to remember that happiness comes and goes, and I pray you find it,” Kirk said, adding that participants should “pray for our enemies.”
These remarks won applause from many people present.

Video of the incident spread quickly on social media, with some supporting the protesters’ calls and others sympathizing with Charlie Kirk’s widow Erica.

However, some users expressed doubts about Erica’s stance on Epstein and questioned her previous actions, writing“Well, she does protect pedophiles. We need to investigate her ties to the questionable Romanian charities she is involved with”

Protesters at summit face death threats from Erica Kirk
The protest comes amid heightened security concerns over the event.
San Antonio authorities said earlier this week that Texas man Jacob Wenske was arrested for allegedly threatening Erica Kirk and Women’s Leadership Summit attendees online.
The suspect allegedly made violent threats against Kirk and attendees, according to police and local media reports. In response to these threats, TPUSA claims to have worked closely with law enforcement.
