On the April 11 show, Maher claimed that what he disliked most about Trump was “I swear to God, at least on this night and this guy was absent.” He also recently slammed Trump for posting a racist Obama video on his “Truth Society” account, calling the defense of the now-deleted video “pretty lame” and accusing the White House of being a “hypocrite.”
