U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday he might leave if a deal to end the war with Iran is reached and signed in Islamabad, and Iran has agreed to almost everything.Trump sounded optimistic about Iran in an interview with reporters. He said he could extend the U.S.-Iran ceasefire that was due to expire next week but might not need to. “If an agreement is signed in Islamabad, I will probably go,” Trump said, praising Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Army Chief of Staff Asim Munir. “They’re great.” This will be the first visit to Pakistan by a sitting US president since George W Bush in March 2006.Trump also said Iran had agreed to give up enriched uranium buried in U.S.-Israeli air strikes last year, without providing evidence. Trump is pushing for a deal in which Tehran would abandon its Plan N. He added that the deal also included “free oil” and the opening of the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran has not publicly confirmed it has made the concessions. This is a Reuters report
