Although some radar data and storm spotters indicate possible tornado activity, Authorities have not officially confirmed the landing. The situation remains actively monitored as severe storms continue to move through the region.

Some local residents reported the alert via social media.
One person wrote on the X: “Tornado warning heading south Milwaukee County.”
Another added, “Tornado sirens are starting to become part of my nighttime routine in Milwaukee.”
A third resident reported: “The wifi is down, we’re in a tornado warning, Milwaukee just changed goalies…we’re trying to keep up.”
“There’s a confirmed tornado in Milwaukee but my phone isn’t even ringing,” another resident wrote.
A tornado warning is in effect for southern Milwaukee County, Wisconsin until 8:45 PM Central Time as severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes continue to move through the area.
Milwaukee Tornado Warning
At approximately 8:28 pm Central Time, the National Weather Service reported a series of severe thunderstorms producing radar-indicated rotation from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to South Milwaukee and near Wind Point, moving east at approximately 25 mph.
The storm system was capable of producing tornadoes and quarter-sized hail. Officials warned that flying debris could pose a danger to anyone without adequate shelter. Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed, as may roofs, windows, vehicles and trees.
The most severe impacts are still expected to occur in largely rural areas of southern Milwaukee County, including areas near Milwaukee’s South Shore. Authorities urge residents in warning areas to take shelter immediately and stay indoors until the warning is lifted.
