pennsylvania

1. The gubernatorial race is scheduled for November after the two parties hold uncontested primaries.

kentucky

2. On the Democratic side, Amy McGrath has an early lead over Charles Booker in a race that could reach a runoff.
3. In the night’s biggest House upset, Trump-backed Edgar Rein defeated incumbent Rep. Thomas Massie in Kentucky’s 4th District Republican primary.

Georgia

1. Former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms is expected to win the Democratic nomination for governor.
2. Republicans Burt Jones and Rick Jackson are expected to advance to runoffs, as neither appears likely to break the 50% threshold.
3. Sen. Jon Ossoff faces little opposition in the Democratic Senate primary, while the Republican race remains close.

alabama
