Northern areas TexasTornado warnings were issued Monday for parts of Fort Worth, Dallas and northern Oklahoma. The National Weather Service (NWS) issued tornado warnings for Paris, Wichita Falls, Dallas (Fort Worth area), Denton, Mount Pleasant and Sherman.

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a warning for North Texas until 10 p.m. Central Time. The latest news said “a few” strong tornadoes were possible, with scattered hail up to the size of tennis balls. Scattered gusts of up to 70 mph are also expected to prevail, the update added.
