The United States will compete on the first day of competition in curling, figure skating, ice hockey and snowboarding at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina on Saturday. The event starts early for US viewers, with multiple live and streaming broadcasts throughout the day.

According to official Olympic Games websiteTeam USA will feature prominently in several high-profile events on Saturday.
All times below are Eastern Time:
- Curling – Mixed Doubles Round Robin: USA vs. South Korea 1:05 p.m. ET
- Figure Skating – Team, Men’s Singles Qualifying: Ilia Malinin competes at 1:45 p.m. ET. If the U.S. advances, the team finals will begin later Saturday with the free dance portion of the ice dance.
- Ice Hockey – Women’s Preliminary: vs. Finland, 10:40 a.m. ET
- Snowboarding – Men’s Big Air Finals: Oliver Martin in medal race at 1:30 p.m.

The U.S. women’s hockey team opens the Olympics against Finland, a familiar opponent and perennial medal contender.
