Law enforcement later tracked Stephen Bowen to an apartment complex in Plantation, where he was taken into custody. According to Local10witnesses described a heavy police presence. “We just heard a loud bang and I said, ‘Oh my God, was that a gunshot?'” one witness said. “We looked out the window and saw SWAT cars, police cars, everywhere, guns drawn.”
