Major internet outages are affecting spectrum Wednesday morning in various areas of the Outer Banks. That includes reports from northern beaches such as Nags Head, Kill Devil Mountain and Kitty Hawk, as well as Ocraco and Hatteras islands, according to the Island Free Press.
