A 23-year-old Kentucky man has been arrested for allegedly posting a series of graphic threats online against U.S. President Donald Trump and law enforcement officials, including a message about cutting off his skin and feeding it to stray dogs.Kadrioan Serinity Santiago, of Lexington, was charged with interstate threatening communications after a criminal complaint was filed in U.S. District Court, federal prosecutors said. The case stems from a series of alleged posts on Instagram between January and late March 2026 under the username “kadi_skating.”According to investigators, the messages contained explicit threats of violence. These include claims he would slash Trump’s face with a razor blade, peel off his skin and feed it to stray dogs. He also allegedly threatened to kill the next law enforcement officer he encountered, urged others to shoot immigration officers, and said he would personally kill ICE officers.The posts began in January, with one message saying “I am filled with political violence,” according to the complaint.The FBI said it received information about the account on April 1 and acted quickly to investigate.In addition, deputies found several weapons and tactical gear inside Santiago’s vehicle. They included a handgun, an AR-15-style rifle, another long gun, multiple magazines, Kevlar helmets, gas masks and other survival gear. Santiago was initially charged with unlawful possession of a weapon on school property, but that charge was later amended.Jason Parman, First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, said: “Threatened violence against the President and federal law enforcement officers strikes at the heart of our national security and the rule of law. These actions will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted swiftly and decisively. Through the FBI’s diligence and prompt action, we moved quickly to address this threat and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.FBI Special Agent Olivia Olson warns about cyber threats. “For those who choose to hide behind a screen and make threats against the President of the United States, other government officials and law enforcement, the FBI will find you,” she said. “It is illegal to post threatening information online, and the FBI and our partners will use every available resource to identify, locate and apprehend those who choose to do so,” she added.
