2026 年 Sibsagar 选举结果:人民党的 Kushal Dowari 击败 Rajjor Dal 的 Akhil Gogoi。Kushal Dowari of the BJP is contesting from the Sibsagar constituency in the 2026 assembly elections against Akhil Gogoi of the Congress-aligned Rajjor Dal.There are a total of 209,976 registered voters on the electoral roll for the 2026 assembly elections in Sibsagar Assembly constituency, including 1,03,484 males, 1,06,491 females and 1 person of the third gender.Exit polls in the high-stakes Assam battle released late on Wednesday showed a clear majority for the incumbent government led by Himanta Biswa Sarma, with a majority of pollsters backing the BJP for a third consecutive term in office in the tea-producing state.Sibsagar Parliamentary Constituency is an ordinary (unreserved) assembly seat located in Sivasagar district of Assam. It is one of the 10 parliamentary segments of Jorhat parliamentary constituency.In the 2021 Assam Assembly elections, this constituency had 1,52,087 registered voters and 1,24,219 valid votes. Independent candidate Akhil Gogoi won the seat with 57,219 votes. Surabhi Rajkonwari, the candidate of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), came second with 45,344 votes, losing by 11,875 votes.In the 2016 Assembly elections, Sibsagar had 1,38,397 electors and the number of valid votes was 1,13,331. Congress candidate Pranab Kumar Gogoi won the seat with 48,584 votes, defeating BJP candidate Surabhi Rajkonwar who polled 48,042 votes. The winning margin was 542 votes.
