Samsung has announced a nationwide service campaign to help customers get their air conditioners and refrigerators ready ahead of summer. The Proactive Summer Care campaign began on February 4, 2026, and will run until March 15, 2026, offering discounts on multiple service-related benefits to eligible Samsung appliances.
During this event, customers can enjoy discounts of up to 50% on labor charges, pick-up and drop-off services, and air-conditioning jet cleaning services. Samsung is also offering a 15% discount on refueling and a 10% discount on spare parts and accessories. Additionally, customers can enjoy a 15% discount on Samsung Care Plus maintenance packages and a 5% product discount on purchases through Samsung Store+.

The company said the initiative was designed to encourage early maintenance of cooling equipment before demand increases during the peak summer months. Timely maintenance can help equipment operate properly over long periods of use, reduce the risk of failure and support continued cooling. Booking in advance also helps customers avoid service delays that often occur during periods of high demand.
Samsung emphasizes that regular maintenance of air conditioners and refrigerators can support proper airflow, help maintain hygiene inside the device, and contribute to stable energy usage. Preventive maintenance also helps extend the life of your equipment.

As part of the campaign, Samsung is also promoting the use of its SmartThings app, which allows users to manage compatible devices through connected controls. Trained technicians will assist customers with connecting supported devices, and users can request a demo to see what features are available.
The campaign includes service options such as dry cleaning and jet cleaning of air conditioners, cleaning of refrigerator cooling coils, and maintenance packages that provide long-term scheduled care. Samsung says these services are designed to support device performance throughout the summer.
Customers can book the service through Samsung WhatsApp support or contact Samsung customer care at 1800 57267864.
