The family told local news outlet WXIX-TV that they have hired attorneys. However, they have not yet filed a lawsuit against the plastic surgeon.

Rachel was always the first to step up when someone was in need.”
A GoFundMe is raising money to help Jeremy and the couple’s three children – Tristan, Alec and Levi – as the family “faces huge unexpected expenses during an already overwhelming time of grief.”
As of this writing, $21,335 of the $22,000 goal has been raised.
